What My Personal Spirit Score shows
Personal spirit is my key to resilience and success. Three ways to build my resilience, grit and personal spirit are to:
1. choose to be positive, not negative
2. act empowered and in control of my life, not be a victim
3. take initiative and make a positive difference, not be afraid
The higher my result in personal spirit, the stronger my personal spirit is. If I have a lower result, then I can strengthen my personal spirit if I commit each day to learn, make progress and grow.
